Video: Repairing the intake manifold of the V6 engine

Hi,

the video gives you a step by step tutorial how to remove and how to reinstall the intake manifold of your Audi V6 engine with 2.6 engine.

Part of the manifold is made from plastic and the plastic parts inside break. This courses a noise rather similar to an engine damage. The video shows the repair of the manifold without the repair kit, which isn't available anymore.

When the manifold is removed, there is access to further parts which should be replaced in time. The knock sensors are patches and the oil valves in the oil chamber are replaced.
