96 GT 4.6 5 speed issues

#1 Throttle "floats" after hitting the throttle. It slowly ldles back down but with quite a delay before winding down. Throttle return spring seems to be in good condition.

#2 Motor wants to stall out in high temperatures. Feels like its flooding out. After the car has time to cool it will start back up.

#3 hard starts. Normally have to turn the key for a brief second then turn it a second and sometimes a third time before it starts. Almost feels like the timing is off a bit. Havent had it checked though. Might be tied into the issue causing issue number 2 listed above.
