Horn Relay

Hi there, I have a 1986 Chevy Celebrity and the horn quit working. The steering wheel has power to the buttons and the horn itself works when a jumper cable is attached to the horn and the positive side of the battery. I think the relay went bad but don't know where to find it. Anyone out there know where to find the horn relay on this car? Thank you!
