Has this happened to anyone that had a 05 Cobalt?

a week ago and I've noticed that every so often driving power locks cycle lock and unlock by there self while your driving ..sometimes not all the time but wen you stop at a light and your stopped wen you go to take off it loses power then all of a sudden it will pick up and go does anybody know where these ground wires are on the 05 Cobalt ls ? They are probably corroded that's what someone told me is there any truth in that
