Unhappy How to fix paint chips????

Hi Guys,
I have a fairly low GTR bumper, and as a result i have quite a few stone chips in the paint. Some even as high as the head lights.

A few people have told me to use touch up paint, but i dont know if this will look good. Because my car is burgundy/wine red and looks like it also has a sort of metallic coat on it too. And i was told by a car-sprayer that when they spray cars like mine they do it all it a certain angle and so on, so to just paint over it with some paint would look different to the original coat.

Also the rear skyline lettering on the back is also fading too. That is painted in a silver, and even looks like its a kind of sticker.
Can i just scrape the rest of it off, then paint over it again??

Any help would be great.
