1997 sentra wipers come on wont shut off

Here I am going home from work and everything is great and then my wipers come on??? I check the arm its in the off postion try moving it up and down and nothing. turned car off waited a few seconds and back on yep wipers started up right where they left off. Looked for fuse for this and couldn't find any so pulled the harness to the motor.. Where to start??
