1988 E150 Club Wagon XLT

Hello,
I have a 1988 E150 Club Wagon xlt. with a 315 Windsor.

My throttle keeps sticking wide open on me and i tried spraying it with brake cleaner/carp cleaner then silicon spray but it sticks again if not using it alot, like in city. I shut it off wait ten min and it have to spray it again with carb cleaner to work. I cant even manually pull the peddel back up the part on the top of the carb never moves back until i spray it!

Is it the cable? the return springs? If so how do i change this stuff since there is very little room to even get my hand in there.

Or is it something else.

Please help, its my only car and i cant drive it right now.
