Turn signals

I have a 2013 Equinox and my front turn signal not working , it is a led light and it has a resister hook up to it but still hyper flashes and now my passenger side rear keeps blowing the bus fuse for it too can some one help please

Is the front turn signal problem on the passenger side also?

When nothing flashes, it usually an open circuit.....

When it flashes quickly, it's usually a shorted bulb.......

I would start with new bulbs......

No the passenger side works in the front and the rear drivers sides works but they both hyper flash
