Question 2014 1.6L Escape Spark Plug Replacement

I'm getting conflicting information regarding spark plug replacement. Does anyone know or have a plug replacement procedure for this? It appears that the upper intake needs to be removed in order to access plugs?

Here is a link to a pictured procedure on the 2.0 which should be the same as the 1.6

Thanks for your suggestion. I have already seen this link, the engine is not the same. On mine the plugs are located further towards the firewall. They are actually located under the cowling for the wiper blade housing/air intake.
