throttle response
gotta 3rd gen. camaro, TBI 5.7(not original) and it has kinda poor throttle response, it chuggs at first when you step on it. I've noticed that the cooler it runs, the better the response. I was thinking maybe it was the throttle position sensor. And i know that the timing is right on it. So any suggestions?

Can you read the codes out of the computer? Sounds like either a problem with the coolant temp. sensor, or maybe something when the system was changed: Did the computer for the TBI follow the TBI set-up into the car?
Go to moates.net and look around, too. Lots of knowledgeable people there - especially Craig Moates! |
