Talking R32 GTS-T power up (the quest)

Hi all, I've found u all at last. I been stressed out without my daily dose of sdu forum but hey never mind.
Just thought you guys might like to know how i'm getting on with the power up so here goes.

Due to a lack of finances I have put the 25det conversion on the back burner for now and have taken to tuning my 20det as originally planned.
While this is on-going and I have purchased another "Cam seized 20det" I decided to take it to One of my local rolling roads for some datum points.

Spec as follows:
HKS SUPER POWER FLOW INDUCTION KIT
BULLET "JPN BRAND" SYSTEM (STILL WITH STD FRONT PIPE & CAT)
GTR 33V SPEC I/C WITH 65MM PIPING
GTR 33 FUEL PUMP
GREDDY PROFEC B BOOST CONTROL
BOSCH PLATINUM PLUGS
OPTIMAX FUEL
STATIC TIMING SET @ 15DEG
BOOST @ 1.1 KG/CM
AMBIENT AIR TEMP 25DEG BAROMETRIC PRESSURE 1010mb

CORRECTED FLYWHEEL POWER 268.2 BHP @ 6275 RPM
POWER @ WHEELS 228.6
CORRECTED TORQUE 255.9LB/FT @ 5234 RPM
This run was made with a v.hot engine due to wheelspin problems on the rollers and the engine was overfuelling from tickover all the way up.

Now looking at fitting the z32 maf with the gtr injctors and a power fc. Then it's the turbo, front pipe and cat next. I'll flow the head on the spare engine etc ready for the final upgrade.

Garth.

sounds good g-sport the only thing I would add to the up grade is when you take the head off get the bit that holds the cams enlarged to hold a cam that allows 10.5 or 11mm of lift as for cams there is a cheap up grade there with the rb20de cams these should do for a while and have shown good results also do the valve springs with some thing like gtr ones. So your motor can rev cause I believe you can go to 7500 or may be even 8000 rpm on the stock bottom end. you like me saw the light with regards to putting in an rb25 when I priced them they were to much more than the rb20 and I think the rb20 has some good possibilities as well. as for the power fc I don't think the stock one is avavliable for the rb20 but I have heard the pro version could be ok for the rb20 make sure you get the right one.
Btw I just picked my car up from doing the whole turbo drive train up grade and it is going well just waiting to get it tunned and to get get an different Afm to wind up the boost.
I went custom front mount cooler larger turbo beingthe vg30 steel wheel (I am on a tight budget) an apexi N1 exhaust and an s-afc so I'll be curious as to how my car goes on the dyno but I'll only be running 6-7 psi. when upgrading the turbo do you have any idea what you are going for just curious.
cheers
