blowing stop lamp fuse
have unpluged shift lock solinoid and checked multi function switch ! traced wiring no problem found ! so far has not blown another fuse since disconnecting cruise module ! anyone else run into this before hopeing i found it !!!!2006 taurus

There is an input to the cruise module for the stop light switch, so it is possible that module was the cause. Did the fuse only seem to blow when the cruise was in use?
