After rebuild it wont start

Did an engine rebuild and it wont start, it sounds like it wants to turn over but doesnt. Had a friend check it out and he said theres no fuel pressure. Im thinking relay because when the key is on i dont hear the pump, problem is i cant find the damn relay. Doesn anyone know where it is?

So is it turning over or not? If it is cranking it is turning over.

Also what year and what car? That info will help people help you.

Check your junction boxes for "EFI Relay". The boxes normally have the identities of the fuses and relays on the underside of the cover.

Its a 2004 toyota matrix, its cranking but wont fully start, checked the fuses and relays. Ran an obd2 and now its throwing a code for the crank sensor. But ive heard that can be rhe ecm? I think m or a few other things. And iit also has no spark now. Not sure if its not sparking because of the xode or another problem.

Ok. Replaced the crank sensor and that code went away. It almost turned over all the way but didn't. Now is throwing a p0352. Igmitiom coil 2primary/secondary circut.

Check the valve timing carefully.
