What product are you using? Scale Motorsport?
I have used it before for the intake tube on a Saleen S-351. You need to plan ahead and do some pre fitting of the decal so that the pattern lines up nicely at the seam, I suggest putting the seam in the hardest spot to see. The rest requires patience. I use plenty of MicroSol Solvent on the decal to make it very very flexible and then apply it , heat it with a hair dryer to make it conform, add more solvent if needed, repeat until smooth.

A good way would be to wrap piece in masking tape, careful peel it off, then use that as a template.

Tommy....are you going to end up using all my carbon fiber decals????? Make sure you save some for me!!! It sucks trying to support this hobby for two....well, I guess that's what big brothers are for. Go ahead and use it....I was j/k.
