Looking for Ford 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder

Well, anyone who follows SEMA already got the whole picture here:

YES: Sung Kang´s '72 Maverick Underdog project
I was wondering if a 1/24 diecast six-generation Mustang could be a donor for this engine...

Any thoughts? Any idea where to find this engine?

The only Ford engine close enough, would be the ZETEC 4 cylinder from the Revell SVT Focus. And that's not even really that close.
