2014 Ford Focus Unidentified Part - Please Help

Hello all,

I opened the hood of 2014 Ford Focus the other day, and a part fell out onto the ground. It looks like a clasp or a bracket (hook on one end, and a cut hole on the center of the other end), but I cannot find when it came from, and I'm not sure what to do. It says "FoMoCo" on it, so I'm almost positive it came from my car, and it is part # BV6P-7K391-BE. I tried looking that up via search engine, but the only results didn't clarify or match my part. Can anyone help me identify what this mysterious part might be?

A quick Google found a site in German selling that part. Translated it says something like Clip - Control Cable, which basically means it's just a clip/bracket that holds some cable.
