Revell Snaptite Enzo rebuild

I bought my nephew a model kit a few months back which he assembled by himself and very strangely took care of and didn't break in bits apart from the rear glass engine cover.
They are a very simplified kit and are lacking in detail but for a kid of his age it was ideal.

He cornered me recently and said he wanted it painted blue so I took the chance to detail it while I was at it
I fully stripped it down, detailed the full interior, painted the glass, added projectors to the headlamps, detailed the engine and chassis, stripped the chrome off the wheels and painted black, prepped the body then painted metallic blue and laqured.
2 hours later (the quickest build I have ever done) and I was left with this.

Sorry I lie the wheels were in dettol overnight, but other than that I threw it together, I thought that the paint would get messed up because it was cold out side and I sprayed primer, colour and laqquer within an hour
So start to finish I would say two hours with a gap overnight to let stuff dry, the wing mirrors were still wet when I gave it back you can see my fingerprints in the pictures in the wet paint

Re: Revell Snaptite Enzo rebuild

Looks really good in blue . I built a Tamiya Enzo sometime ago, this looks even better than it.
