Before i say anything else, i would tell you to forget about putting 19's on the eclipse, 18's would be better for your engine, and less rough(though it WILL be a hard ride) of a ride. Also, a wide lip is gonna be expensive. Just my .02

i thought 19"s were going to be rough, i really wanted 18" or 17"s. now about the wide lip, i've got to have it to go with my wide body kit. if you could tell me what is available that would be great. thanks.

It depends on the wheel. You have to try it on the car before you do anything. If it isn't available. Go to whoever you are ordering it from and ask them to fit you with a similar wheel just to make sure everything is right. That's probably one of the biggest problems with ordering rims online, most people forget that it has to fit before they order it. Hell, i know someone who neglected to check how many lugs he had compared to the number of holes on the rim. He had five, and he got four lug rims.

I have 18" Paradyme F220's on mine, they are pretty deep, 2.5" polished lip. They are deep enough

those paradyme f220's look hot but i was looking for someting in a 18x8.5, 18x9, or 18x10. they only make those in 18x7.5. i really want to know if a rwd wheel will fit on the eclipse gs? if they will then that would be great. i know i can find a rwd wheel that wide.

Re: deep dish wheels for 96 eclipse

There were Exel "Kata" 17" wheels on wheelmax.com a while ago that fit DSMs with a 4" lip. Sounds crazy, but they had a pic on their site a while ago, I'll try to search for em..

Re: deep dish wheels for 96 eclipse

there's no way you can fit 10" wide rims under your fenders and you'd probably have to modify it to fit 9" rims under there.
