knocking sound in the front of the car

Hi, i have a Seat ibiza 2003 recently my car visited the repair garage and after it i started hearing loud knocking sound when I stop using my gas pedal, it sounds as if something is loose, the car repair man couldnt detect the problem
anyone maybe had the same problem?

p.s. my car was in the repair garge because i changed the shock absorber

start by checking out the ball joint on the control arm it can be hard to find any movement it could also be any other bushing or untight bolt or nut he left loose it could also be your lug nuts not being torqued properly im not really having much info so im going by what i think it could possibly be goodluck
