Honda Civic HX vs. other Civics

Hi everyone.

I'm afraid I don't know much about cars but I was told that the Honda Civic HX is better for modifying than the other Civic models. Is this true? If so, why?

I would appreciate any info, thanks.

HX transmission SUCK!

The best Civic for modifying is 88-91 Si hatchbacks or a CRX

HX does come from the factory with some of the lightest OEM honda wheels
