Re: Porsche 962 Dauer Shell

Beautifully finished. Is that a 2K lacquer you've used?

Always wanted to build that car - ever since I saw it run at LM in '94 - it really caught my imagination, what with the way the car really exploited the GT1 loophole.
Was it a good build?

Cheers
Rick

Re: Porsche 962 Dauer Shell

Hello! Thanks for your messages. This model was very nice, no problems except for old and cracked decals, but I used a new decal sheet from Shunko.

Clear coat is Automotive Polyurethane Clear Coat polished with Dremel + Meguiar's polishers.

Regards,
Denilson

The vehicle looks very outstanding. Top built. Paint is you very well. Have them nor the sister vehicle are in stock. Your photos evoke as instantly like it to start with the construction.

One of my favorite Shell LeMans cars. I always love your builds, very well done and usually a subject that I already love!

Re: Porsche 962 Dauer Shell

Beautifully converted, worked cleanly. Had only the taillights with clear colors painted. Otherwise top!
