Torsion Bar Question

I have a 00 Silverado 1500 Z71 extended cab, 4.8 automatic with 292,000 miles. I put a 2" torsion key leveling kit on this truck about 9 years ago. Lately I've noticed the left front is sitting lower than the right. I've replaced the shocks and still have the same issue. My question is could this be an issue with the Torsion bar? Due they have a tendency over time to wear out? Any help would be Greatly appreciated.

the torsion bars have a bushing could be its broke. driver side does have more weight fuel tank plus driver and battery.

no shocks will not do it.
