Engine swap

Im wondering if I can transfer parts 82 chevy el camino 305 to a 93 chevy 350 motor . Because I heard different storys .

Not sure I quite understand ... you want to put a '93 TBI engine into an '82? That can be done, but you would need to get the proper Quadrajet intake for the '93, with the 72-degree angle middle bolts that are found on all '87-'95 small block engines. An intake from a 1987-1988 Caprice would work.

You would have more problems putting that '82 engine into a '93 as there are no factory TBI intakes for the older heads that have 90 degree bolts for all locations.
