Cool front caliper sticks on take off 2001 SLS

Hello, The left front caliper on my 2001 Cadillac SLS slightly sticks when taking off after braking. I noticed this before I replaced the rotors and brake pads. Is there a way to fix this problem, or should I replace the caliper? Thanks ellis479

The caliper slide pins could be binding or rusted, if ok the hose can also cause this.

My money is on the hose.....replace it. Have seen it many times, they delaminate inside, causing a check valve effect..holding brake pressure in the caliper..
