Question 99 Tahoe Door Lock Actuator

Hello,
I need to replace the Power door lock actuator on my Tahoe. Is this a DIY replacement? If so anyone care to lend a hand in explaining how this is done?

Also, one other question, does anyone know the CORRECT part number for the Keyless FOB for the 99 Tahoe.

Thanks in advance

i cant possibly think it would be that hard ... hopefully you know someone who has a car without power door locks who did his own alarm install cause they gotta install actuators for the keyless entry.

Hell you might even be able to take your tahoe into an alarm place and see if they can replace just that actuator if you arent mechanically inclined.

The number on my fob is GM 16245100.29 though I'm not sure if it's the part #.

Most of the time it is pretty simple. THe difficult thing is getting your hands and arms in to where they need to be.
