1956 Bentley Rolls Royce conversion S1

Hello everyone,

I'm completely new this and this would be my first post.

I bought a 1956 Bentley Rolls Royce S1 conversion with 88,000 miles on the clock. it has the inline 6 bentley engine. This car is mainly for limo use for weddings. The engine is not running at the moment. Would it wise to preserve the engine and swap with chevy 350 and if yes, any recommendations on step-by-step process? What should be my next step? Any recommendations on experts who have done this?
