Trunk Light

When my trunk is open the trunk light is on even if no key is in. is there a way to turn the trunk light off if its going to be open for a long period of time?

In some vehicles it is on a ten minute timer relay. If yours doesn't have one then the only way is to remove the bulb.

You are right after about 10 minutes the trunk light went off. But there was another problem. The inside dome light comes on when the trunk light is on and when the Trunk light goes off the dome light stays on!
Any suggestions?
