Model-specific interior parts for an 18 year old minivan? Yeah, you're now thoroughly in the wrecking yard market. I'd watch eBay for parts from similar models: I've seen auctions (for things like engines and transmissions) where it was obvious that a shop was parting out a fairly-complete van. While they might not go to the trouble of listing all of the interior parts, it'd be a good idea to contact a seller that appears to be parting out a van that might have the interior parts you need.

Hmmm.... I just tried searching eBay for "Windstar transmission", and saw quite a few body-damaged Windstars that are being parted out, some of which still looked to have good interiors.

My best advice would be to do a search on Ebay.....many salvage yards list specific items which makes your search much easier vs going place to place. Dash parts should be easier to find vs front end parts....
