That's a great release, I can see two versions, Andrews Heat for Hire and possibly Rothmans coming my way..!!

Re: Opel Manta 400 Gr.B (Belkits)

Although I really see the general interest for this hobby going down and down for several years, Aoshima-Beemax and Belkits have announced in a very short period of time cars that I have just seen in my dreams : Toyota ST165, TA64, McLaren F1 and MP4/2, Escort MKI, Nissan 240RS, BMW M3 E30, now this Opel... and not forgetting the modern WRC/S2000 rally cars.

Hope I will live long enough to buy and build them all !

The majority of the Manta 400's I see have a twin headlight arrangement, yet this one shown on the box art has a single headlight unit? Wonder which will be in the kit? Seems that most of the popular ones were twin headlight, not single. Hope Belkits will offer both types?

In their Escort MKI kit they will provide extra parts for other versions, so I'm pretty sure they will consider the twin headlight unit for the Manta. Perhaps even RHD dashboard.

Congratulations Belkits, you are releasing cars we only ever dreamed of. Rothmans and Jimmy McRae's AC Delco cars will be fantastic. Endless variations including Safari cars should come to the fore.
Too many unbuilt boxes will be filling my cupboards.

Fantastic news. Can only hope Belkits have been looking through the tome Rally Cars & casting an eye over a few more classic rally cars we haven't seen in styrene yet,

EDIT: pretty please...a Delta S4, Quattro S1, 205T16 Evo...just to name a few
