Angry Interesting problem, or not

Was having problem with my temp gauge not registering above 150 degrees. thought maybe my thermostat was missing, flushed my cooling system and low and behold my gauge was reading around 200 - 210 degrees and then would drop to about 180. Then, it went back to its old trick of not reading above 150. I noticed that while all this is going on, the oil gauge fluctuates between 60 - 80 and pegs out under load. The gas gauge fluctuates also. So, in short, when the temp is at 150 the oil and gas gauge fluctuates and when the temp gauge is reading 180 -210 the oil and gas gauge read normal. Any ideas? Thanks for help in advance.

Thanks, that was my next move plus I was told to get rid of the red c**p out of my radiator and replace it with green.
