radio lock 99 malibu code #139010 not working

used procedure given by brother from this site got the first two codes fine then calling1-800-537-5140 pressed 1, # then entered 139010, # told invalid code after each 2 or 3 tries the call ends tried eight times same action resulted can someone please help me I've been driving without a radio and I can hear now how bad the traffic is! thank you tommy mac 7
