2010 Escape 2.0 Liter Stall While at Idle

I have a 2010 Escape with a 2.5 liter. It started running rough and chugging at Idle then it stalled a couple times. Got the following codes during this period: P14410 Random misfire, P1450 Excessive fuel tank vacuum, P2196 O2 sensor Bank 1. I changed the Bank 1 O2 sensor and it ran good for 2 weeks then started doing the same thing only worse. I changed the spark plugs and the issue persists. Now there is a fuel smell at Idle when running rough and when the truck is turned off there is a sulfur like smell. This does not happen all the time. Some drives it runs good. Other drives it is very bad. But it is definitely getting worse. Any help would be great.
