My 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 driver side seat heater keeps cycling on/off constantly what is causing It to do that, and how can I fix it. Can someone please assist me with this problem. Thanks

Sounds like a circuit breaker issue- have you replaced/swapped it- if it uses breakers?
