'86 F-150,Crown Vic swap

I inherited my grandpas 1986 f-150. Its got the inline 300 in it right now and has been rode hard and put away wet for years... A buddy of mine was working on hot rodding a 60's f-100 and has parts he isn't going to use.

My question is, how difficult would it be to install the suspension from a crown vic police interceptor? What bolts on and what mods need to be made?

Eventually I'd like to put in a much bigger motor, but for now I'd like to start with the suspension and keep it on the road.
