Re: gotta get to work!

I had an old Pontiac that the passenger door got hit and wouldn't open, then the door handle broke on the drivers door. I took a flat bar (short flat crowbar) and pried at the upper door frame to make a space to get in a wooden wedge. I pried slowly and kept pushing in the wedge until I had a space big enough to get a straightened clothes hanger with a hooked end in and grab the inside door handle. I was careful that the prying didn't twist the window too much or it may have shattered. That's what I did.

AAA used to have lock out kits and would open the door for free if you belong.
