Very happy about the AMG GT! The McLaren is pretty cool too. Now, if Tamiya releases the Ferrari FXX K, I'd be completely satisfied for a while

A close look at the photos seems to indicate this kit has a lot better detail than Tamiya's 934's. Considering that Revell Germany has upped their game in the last couple years, they could easily blow Tamiya's simple/expensive kits away w/full detail and more careful details. And in Europe the prices will be a lot less. I know it's annoying to see new kits of subjects already done elsewhere, but 934 fans might really like these new kits. Looking at bumper trim, tire treads, wheels, headlight surrounds, etc. it seems like Revell Germany has the right ideas.

I'm stoked about the AMG GT and the 570S.

I like how they have given a scale for the Star Wars models, ( how do they know???).

Strange: they tooled the 934 with all the openable panels separated.... keep this in mind for the moment that we'll see the pre-production sprues, I'm wondering if they'e using a 1/12 tamy's pict...I know... impossible.... we'll see...

Re: Revell 2016 releases

It need not be a new kit ... but the old ESCI forms (now Heller too)... just as more recently issued Revell Ford Escort Rally or BMW M1...

Re: Revell 2016 releases

Looks a bit more interesting than Revell USA's announcements.

Hey, an Isetta! Wish they would have done it in 1/24....

They're claiming it's a new tool
But that's a fact : looking carefully at the pictures, you'd bet it's the 1/12 Tamiya model

I would swear that that is the Tamiya 1/12 in the pic...... we can just about guarantee that its NOT a Revell model because the wheels actually look to be the right size

The photo does look very similar to the Tamiya 1/12 Porsche...except for the race number. All the photos I've seen of the Tamiya 1/12 version have the number 24, not GT 53, as on the Jagermeister, and 5 instead of 9 on the Vaillant.

Looks like Revell might be telling the truth...

What I'd like to really know is: where is the 1/24 Ferrari 250 GT SWB that Revell was supposedly releasing???!!!!

Indeed...
Or print short-run decals just for that purpose. I assume that they shoot the pictures themselves and not took the Tamiya ones... Germany copying Japan, that would be funny
