Power windows, seat and outside mirror

Hello I just bought a used 1998 E300TD. It is a great car but when I was test driving it, the front driver and pax windows, seats etc. did not work when I brought it back told them about it after a long talk with my mechanic on the phone, they went to go fix it, they put a new battery in the other day but had to reset it by pulling the battery cable. That seem to work great, but now I tried to lower the pax window and it does not work. I tested it before I left the lot etc..The Driver seat windows etc work fine now.. What could be the problem? why just front pax side? HELP!!!!
