I was wondering what type of mAh I would need to have in a battery charger for a 2005 Toyota Sienna: would something like this work?

If you are needing a car battery charger, this is not one. Only car jumper starter, phone, tablet charging. Specs says it will only work to jump start 2.5L or smaller engines.

Yes. Too many on the market to say. Just remember most car battery warranties are voided if you tell them you had it on a charger. Just google car battery chargers. Chargers are rated in amperes.
