S13 Pop-Up Headlight HELP!

Lately, I've noticed that my driver's side headlight has been wobbling like crazy... I checked and the bulb itself is on and tight, my friend said it's probably something in the assembly or something... before I do all that, do any other owners have this problem? And if so, is there any easier solution (maybe a piece of paper or something )? sorry if this is a noob thing... but hey, I'm a noob!

define wobbling. like moving side to side, or bouncing? or actually going up and down?

The entire headlight (not just the lamp) bounces vertically, like there's no side to side movement, but the whole thing moves up and down so much it looks like the driver's side highbeam is flickering

i would think the gear or whatever it is in the headlight motor that holds the light steady when raised must not be going up all the way, or is broken slightly, or isn't sitting properly, or is moving as well...that's my guess.

disconnect the two little electric connections just under the headlamp motors, take the cap off the lil motors, adjust to "drift look", add some fog lights in the little radiator gap, put some canadian daytime running lights, u got good lighting and a cool look
