Saw the film as a 5 year old and was fascinated by the Lotus ever since. Will definitely be getting this one, pre-order already gone in at HLJ...

Odd. Interesting. Kinda cool. Seriously unexpected.
 OK, I have to admit that my first thought was- wow, can it be built as the road car version? But no, that's not what this kit is. It could be something novel to have in the display case, but it seems like an odd choice for Fujimi to produce. So it's time for some UNFOUNDED SPECULATION!!! Who is it that currently owns the actual submarine? Why it appears to be Elon Musk- who is also among other things is responsible for something called Tesla. Could this be some kind of a beginning of a relationship...? I personally could care less about the Tesla S- but it does seem a subject ripe for kitting, doesn't it? The Lotus Elise based Roadster on the other hand I could see doing. Of course, if Fujimi go that far and develop a Tesla Roadster kit, they may as well go all the way and do an Elise also!  Vile rumours and lies- you heard them here first!
