2003 Ram 2500, clunking in front end.
Today, I installed a 2.5 inch leveling kit on the truck. Now when I go over a bump, I hear a "clunk" as if something is dropping down onto another component in the front end. Sway bar links are good. Springs and strut assembly are tightened down well. Could it just be the spring on the new shocks and spacers, or do I need to check other components? Thanks!

I don't know, I lowered the rear on mine to level it.

I've heard to check the track bar and also the top of the strut assemblies to ensure tightness. Anything else to look for?

You could jack up the front, let it down slow and watch & listen for anything odd

Re: 2003 Ram 2500, clunking in front end.
Update: No more clunking. The bottom bolt of the right shock somehow came out, causing it to hit the metal there. Put a bolt in, tightened with impact and voila, no noise!
