Exhaust Manifold Gasket... Errr!!!

well, come to find out that i need a gasket on the driver side exhaust manifold and I was thinking that it would maybe take a couple hours, well.. .. .. couple hours went by and still Im not done. What a pain the power steering pump is in the way cuz of the stuiped bracket holding the power steering pump to the exhaust manifold, is there a easier way?

i've change exhuast man. gaskets on camaro's too. it's a pain in the ass! loosen the bolts on the manifold, loosen the bolts from the Y pipe, and try to slide the manifold back. then use long handled needle nose pliers, or heemostats to get the new gaskets in place.
