Exclamation Front extra rally headlamps

Hi all,
does anybody know if someone did as spare part (maybe resin or whatever) the extra front lights as used in stratos safari, (or porsche safari? even if porsche had 3 and wquite different..) ,or porsche Almeras.
I mean the 4 ones as from this pic:



tried to search online in reneissance catalogue but didnt fint them.
