rsx vs gti vr6

I know these posts have been around before but they got of topic. I was wondering a stock rsx type s vs the gti vr6 200 hp, the rsx 0-60 is around 6.5 but i think the gti is around 7? not sure would the rsx be faster of the line but the gti faster in 1/4 mile? anyone have any experience with these 2 cars racing and 1/4 mile times for both

if im not mistaken (which i am sometimes) but the GTI 1.8t is the fastest of the three (on the track). on the street, all races would be a drivers race...

VR6 runs 15-15.2 stock will run a 14.7 with cai and chip. THe RSX will have to have an excellent driver to keep up.

I have the RSX Type S now, I had a GTI VR6 174hp (2001)....

The GTI is a much faster car, period...

however, off the line, the RSX (even the base model I drove) can be slipped off the line a little faster because the less power doesn't overkill on the wheelspin.. the GTI was hard to start because too much power meant too much tire spinning, and that sucked, but anything other than off the line, the GTI is MUCH faster.... that probably explains the even higher numbers of the 200hp GTI...

if you're not old enough, on what information are you using to base your claim?
