4x4 promblems

99 trailblazer transfer case stuck in neutral, lights on shift buttons light up once when key is turned on then go out and stay out when truck is running, all 4 fuses are good, no clicking from tccm

Try unplugging/plugging TCCM. Had a 98 with 4x4 issues. Replaced TCCM from ebay. No more issues.
