Question 2000 malibu overheating

my car leaks water/coolant when off, the other day it was overheating but it had plenty of water n it, it seems to struggle when going up hill, also when i use blinkers sometimes it makes a loud buzzing noise and wont work, happens sporadically... a few problems, any ideas on what i should do would be greatly appreciated!

If it's overheating you need to stop driving it before you do major damage. Go to local autoparts, "loan a tool". Coolant pressure tester to find out where your leak is at. Buzzing issue is not what you need to concentrate on right now.
