New kit from Revell
Just finished










Wheels are small again (real car has F:20inch R:21inch but kit is F:19inch R:20inch) ,anyway much better than BMW i8.










Limited Porsche from 550spyder to 918spyder !!

Yes, I scribed and remolded panel lines. I used Tamiya enamel black in the gap

Of course, you'd be the first to finish this kit! Love it. Someone is going to have to make better decals...do the Revell ones really replicate the lime green background of the scripts?

Decals are not good in condition. Lime green backgrounds are not printed partially, so I retouched it by paint.

sad they go on making silly mistakes on a so important part like wheels are.
revell makes really nice models, I just hope they fix those issues in the proper way for the future.

that's a great set of cars in that line up.

I only just recently spotted this kit so was taking a closer look at the actual car again.
is it better looking than the Carrera GT?
I'm not sure but a new kit is always a good thing.

Nice work! Only McLaren P1 missing from that hybrid collection. I wish there will be a model of it soon? Meanwhile I think I'll have to settle for the 918 and i8.

Nice work! I saw a trio of 918's yesterday, one in RSR livery, the other in Gulf livery, the other standard smoke silver w/the green accents.

They all had charcoal color engine cover mesh...how good or bad was the Revell decal to deal with? Not sure anyone will make a proper molded metal mesh engine cover, but the silver doesn't look quite right.
