BMW 3.0 / 3.5 CSL Stuck / Redman IMSA Sebring 1:16 Zhendefu build

Hi guys, I am looking for your help!

I have (earlier this year) gotten myself into this car modelling malarkey and have so far completed one build (Subaru Impreza) which I started badly 7 years ago and am in the process of completing another (360 modena).

I have put myself into a GB on another forum and may start a WIP (I worry that it may not be anywhere near the usual standards on here - hence no WIP for my other builds!) on here too but I could do with a touch more info before I start.

The box says the car is a 3.5 CSL but i have seen a few differing engine photos from the race car the kit has the cylinder head lying flat not at an angle like some older models, it looks something like this 3.0L not a 3.5L: .

The kit has decals for Stuck and Redman but I cant find a car they used together that has the smaller rear spoiler with 3 supports rather than 2 and with the the smaller front skirts. (bigger skirts and spoilers were used on LeMans apparently) I have seen some cars with both names on the door but different car numbers, this kit has only number 25 decals. I assume they maybe changed out the spoiler depending on track but its a bit confusing with the kit having so few actual details etc...

To my knowledge the main race that Stuck and Redman teamed up on was at Sebring in '75 for the 12 Hour victory there. The car only had "Redman/Peterson" on it, but Ronnie didn't drive in that car for whatever reason. Check this link for details on that race:

Note that Allan Moffat also drove the car however his name is not on the car.

Moffat was actually drafted in to replace Peterson and it was meant to be only Redman and Moffat driving it, however Sam Posey and Hans Stuck also drove the car in the race after they broke their own car (#24).
