1996 Corolla common issues?

I'll be getting a 96 Corolla this week. I'm wondering what are common trouble spots to look for? I believe the motor mounts have been replaced and the A/C blows cold. 38MPG Hwy.

Has gasoline smell when engine running and not moving. Fuel system pressure test forward of the tank is in spec per Toyota dealer shop. Do these gas tanks have problem areas to check?

Check for codes in the ECM. You may have a small leak in the emissions system.

I had a small leak where the fuel line connects to the fuel lines on the engine. It ended up being the little round ring that acted like the gasket on this particular connection. This was on my 93 1.8l.
