89 f150 no run

Got an 89 f150 XLT Lariat, 4.9L, 5 speed with dual tanks. Died driving down the road. Towed home. Cranked the battery way down trying to start it. Charged it back up.

The problem: Not getting fuel. I can dump a little gas down the air cleaner and it starts right up. Used jumper wire to bypass fuel pump & EEC relays. Fuel pump ran constant. Started, ran for 30-40 secs and died. Changed the fuel filter, no help. This is where it either gets weird, I get lost or both. Pulled the codes (CIL on dash) and nothing makes sense to me.

Quick triple flash, codes: 67, 13, 28, 79, 53, 28, 795 (huh?) maybe 95 Forget these codes, I was half asleep.

Codes are all KOEO
Real codes are: 67, 67 pause 1 pause 32, 87, 95, 32, 87, 95

Ok, now at least it's saying something about the fuel pump. What do you think it all means?

32 -
EVR – EVP signal is/was low – EVR
87 -
Fuel pump circuit fault (check inertia switch) – Power / Fuel Pump Circuits
95 -
Fuel pump: open, bad ground or always on – Power / Fuel Pump Circuits

67 -
Transmission Manual Lever Position (MLP) sensor circuit – Transmissions

Update: checked inertia switch, not blown. Bypassed inertia switch with paper clip, primed engine with gas, started right up, ran 15-20 seconds and died, no gas. So, bad fuel pump?
